Logic Nebraska
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Logic Nebraska ("Logic Nebraska," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website logicnebraska.com and internal software tools used to run our business. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Who we are
Logic Nebraska is a custom software, data, and AI consultancy based in Aurora, Nebraska. You can reach us at privacy@logicnebraska.com.
Information we collect
- Website contact information. If you contact us through the site, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide so we can respond.
- Basic usage data. Standard server and analytics data such as pages visited and general device information, used to keep the site secure and improve it.
- QuickBooks Online data (internal tool). We operate an internal integration that connects our own QuickBooks Online company to software we run on company-controlled equipment. Through this integration we access financial and accounting data belonging to Logic Nebraska, such as reports, accounts, customers, vendors, and transactions. This access is authorized by us, for our own company, using Intuit's secure OAuth 2.0 process.
How we use information
We use the information above to respond to inquiries, operate and secure the website, and manage our own bookkeeping and financial reporting. We do not sell your information, and we do not use QuickBooks data for advertising.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, Intuit, which provides the QuickBooks Online platform and API), and only as needed to provide those services or as required by law.
QuickBooks data specifics
Our QuickBooks integration accesses only our own company's data. It does not access data belonging to any third party or customer. Access tokens are stored on company-controlled equipment with restricted file permissions and are not shared with anyone. Revoking the connection in QuickBooks, or from the Intuit account settings, ends our access.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including OAuth 2.0 authorization, restricted-permission local credential storage, and access limited to authorized company personnel. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect information appropriately.
Data retention
We keep contact information only as long as needed to respond and maintain our records. Integration credentials persist only while the connection is active and are removed when the connection is revoked or the local configuration is deleted.
Your choices
You may request that we access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided by emailing privacy@logicnebraska.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
