These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to the logicnebraska.com website and Logic Nebraska's internal software tools, including our QuickBooks Online integration (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

The Services

The Services include our public website and internal business software. The QuickBooks Online integration is a private tool operated by Logic Nebraska for its own accounting and operations. It is not a product offered for installation or use by the public.

Authorized use

The internal tools are intended for use by Logic Nebraska and its authorized personnel only. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Intuit and QuickBooks

The integration uses Intuit's QuickBooks Online platform and API under Intuit's applicable terms. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Logic Nebraska is an independent company and is not endorsed by Intuit.

Intellectual property

The website, its content, and Logic Nebraska's software are owned by Logic Nebraska or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.

No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logic Nebraska will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to the Services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
